As we expand our commercial team, we are seeking two exceptional Senior Enterprise Account Executives—one focused on the Eastern US and one focused on the Western US—to introduce our breakthrough technology to leading life sciences organizations.
This is an opportunity for a proven enterprise salesperson to build a market, establish strategic relationships, and sell a transformative AI platform with significant scientific and commercial impact.
About the Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will own revenue growth within your assigned territory. You will manage the complete enterprise sales cycle—from identifying strategic opportunities and engaging executive stakeholders through contract negotiation, pilot programs, and deployment.
You will work closely with scientific, technical, product, and customer success teams to help customers adopt AI-powered virtual staining solutions that improve laboratory efficiency and accelerate research outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who understands complex healthcare or life sciences buying environments and has a proven ability to close high-value enterprise opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
Own the full sales cycle within your assigned territory.
Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities.
Build relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organizations, CROs, clinical laboratories, academic medical centers, and research institutions.
Develop territory plans and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools.
Consultative Selling
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, scientific objectives, and operational challenges.
Present business and technical value propositions to laboratory leaders, researchers, executives, and procurement teams.
Deliver product demonstrations and executive presentations.
Develop proposals, pricing models, statements of work, and implementation plans.
Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Customer Partnership
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers including laboratory directors, pathologists, research executives, digital pathology leaders, and procurement teams.
Partner with scientific and technical teams to design pilot programs and proof-of-concept deployments.
Support successful customer transitions from sales through implementation.
Market Development
Represent ViewsML at industry conferences, customer meetings, and scientific events.
Develop market intelligence and competitive insights.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to strengthen commercial strategy.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months, you will:
Build a strong enterprise pipeline within your assigned territory.
Establish relationships with leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and laboratory organizations.
Close new enterprise contracts and expand market adoption.
Help position ViewsML as a leader in AI-powered digital pathology.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience in life sciences, healthcare technology, diagnostics, laboratory automation, medical devices, SaaS, or AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
Proven success selling into pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organizations, CROs, clinical laboratories, academic medical centers, or research institutions.
Track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel approximately 30% for customer meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees are welcomed but not required.
Experience with digital pathology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), spatial biology, precision medicine, or laboratory workflows.
Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, diagnostics, or laboratory technologies.
