By checking the acceptance box and submitting any form, providing data, or images (including Request a Demo or Contact Us) to ViewsML Technologies ("ViewsML"), you agree to these terms regarding the submission of forms, data, and images.  If a separate written agreement with ViewsML exists, that agreement shall govern in the event of a conflict.

1. Prohibition of Sensitive Data

You shall not submit, upload, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI), personal health information, patient identifiers (including names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, accession numbers, or case numbers), or confidential information that you lack authorization to disclose.  This prohibition extends to slide labels, macro images, file names, and embedded metadata.  You retain sole responsibility for ensuring your submission complies with applicable privacy laws and institutional policies.

2. Authorization and Rights

You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, consents, and ethics approvals to share submitted images with ViewsML. You also warrant that sharing these images violates no law, contract, or institutional policy.

3. Submission Requirements

ViewsML reserves the right to decline any submission due to internal quality standards.

4. Contact Information and Privacy

ViewsML shall use provided contact information to process your request, verify your organization, facilitate demonstrations, and send related communications.  Handling of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Demo results are strictly limited to research and evaluation purposes.   They are not intended for clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or patient care.  All results are provided "as is," and any stated timeframes are estimates.

6. Security Limitations

ViewsML utilizes access-restricted, encrypted storage accessible solely by authorized personnel.  Because no transmission or storage method is completely secure, ViewsML cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention, Licensing, and Deletion

• Retention: Submitted images and outputs are retained as reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined herein, after which they will be deleted or de-identified. Contact information is retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Licensing: Unless superseded by a separate written agreement, images submitted for a demonstration are used only to generate your results. ViewsML does not use demonstration images to train, validate, or improve its models. Any other use of your images, including model development, requires a separate written agreement.

• Deletion: You may request image deletion by contacting info@viewsml.com.  Data previously incorporated into model training cannot be extracted from those models.
